Having a plan prior to the consultation is the most effective use of your time and budget.

During your consultation Yarrow explains feng shui to you so you can use the information in the future. She leaves with you critical tools and strategies to assist you and is available by email to answer questions that pertain to your goals.

Living Spaces
To create the most beneficial living situation, Chinese Chi Charts are provided for up to two adults living in the residence. The charts indicate your four power directions, personal natal element and other critical information specific to you. This information is explained to you and utilized during the consultation to implement feng shui principles in your space. Peaceful sleeping and play areas are critical for children and babies. Feng Shui is especially beneficial in preparing a nursery before the new baby arrives, as well as creating new areas as children grow.
Work Places
Home offices, corporate offices and employee cubicles need to have good feng shui since many people spend inordinate amounts of time in these spaces. Regardless of the situation, there are feng shui adjustments and enhancements that create good chi flow and a sense of safety. Even the most difficult challenges can be mitigated.
Prior to Purchase of Land, Residence or Commercial
There are numerous aspects to consider before making any capital purchase. Pre-existing conditions determine whether or not a space will be beneficial to you and the purpose for which you intend it and the functions expected. Organizing services include all that is needed to get your spaces organized. We meet with you, devise an action plan, purchase organizational products and get to work on the project. We’ll do it all or you can also help.
Clutter control and conquering clutter in your space and preparing a plan to maintain clutter control is one of our specialties. Because we understand the emotional component of why we have clutter in the first place, we support you in the process of letting go.
Right-sizing runs the gamut of clearing space after the death of a spouse or partner to preparing to move to a smaller residence to re-functioning a child’s seldom-used space. We do it all and quickly at that.

House Staging Services

We are a resource for realtors and home sellers. Yarrow is an Accredited House Staging Professional

(ASP) who combines her talents of organizing, working with energy and feng shui. This 3-Pack of

expert partnership brings an inordinate benefit to bear on getting a property sold more quickly and/or for more money.

Your timeline and property sale are our goals! We do as much or as little of the work as you desire and we work in a number of ways to facilitate the sale of your property:

Consultations are 2-hours, on-site in conjunction with the seller and realtor. A written list of recommendations is provided. Flat fee of $200, plus expenses for beyond a 10 mile radius.
Proposals are provided to do all or some of the recommendations. Rates are determined by the scope of the job, condition of the property both inside and outside, and if the property is vacant or requires additional furnishings and accessories.
De-cluttering and organizing services are provided to prepare a property for staging.
Open house and putting the property on the market are events when you may want us to be on-hand to be sure that everything is perfect and ready for the scrutiny of the buying public.
De-Staging a project is a service we also provide. This services is appreciated when the seller has already relocated, a relocation company is managing the property and/or when the seller is unable to de-stage the property.
